In this clause, Australian Consumer Law" means Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) and the corresponding provisions of state and territory fair trading legislation and the terms "Consumer" and "Consumer Guarantees" have the meaning given to them in the Australian Consumer Law.
